Hello! This is Dr. A!
Let me be CLEAR – I AM NOT TRYING TO SELL YOU ANYTHING! I will NOT be asking for your email or ANYTHING on this page! This is INFORMATION I feel you should have!
You probably arrived at this page because you saw a previously recorded Tik Tok video of mine and put “READY” in the comments. OR you saw a classified ad and followed a link to this site. OR someone just told you about it.
However, you arrived, you probably arrived looking for a free blueprint about how to make money online. What this is about, is the “Legacy Builders Program” by Michele Oneil. I want you to know this, because I may not be the only one who ultimately introduces this to you.
You may have been intrigued by one or more of these statements:
· $900 a day
· 2 hours of work a day
· 1 out of 20 buy
· No tech skills required
· No DMs
· Automated business
· Passive income
· I made $1800 in my sleep
· Done for you products
· FOUR done for you products
· Supportive Community
· Comprehensive training
· You can do it faceless
· …and more
Any of these statements that I have made in any video or email I too believed to be true and many of them I still believe to be true. But yesterday (July 30, 2024) after being in this program since June 28, 2024, having seen success – made $5,400 in that time period -- $1,800 of which I really woke up to after one day’s work of about 2 hours – still true… I stumbled across this video after hearing some grumblings in the “supportive community”:
Which led me to this video "“5 FTC Violations almost all Advertisers are Making” which calls out these common issues (you have to go directly to YouTube to watch it):
✅ Unsubstantiated or false earnings claims in ads and testimonials…
✅ Not securing proper consumer consents and opt-ins…
✅ Deceptive continuity program disclosures…
✅ Overstating product investment requirements…
✅ Grossly inflating bonus package values…
And so, let’s explore the points above – these tactics are TAUGHT in this program – Legacy Builders Program:
· $900 a day – Violates:
o Unsubstantiated or false earnings claims in ads and testimonials…
§ This is atypical for most in the program. Possible? Yes! Many have achieved this in more. But if atypical and you don’t disclose as BOLD and as OFTEN as you make this claim – violation!
· 2 hours of work a day – Violates
o Unsubstantiated or false earnings claims in ads and testimonials…
§ This is atypical for most in the program. Possible? Yes! We are told to work toward this for our “income earning activities”. But many in the program have spent months spending WAY more time on this with no results. Atypical and a violation.
· 1 out of 20 buy
o Unsubstantiated or false earnings claims in ads and testimonials…
§ The FTC would want this as documented substantiation. The only way to do this is to get the results of everyone in the program. I have never been asked that. If so, they would see that this is NOT the case for me. Many have posted in the community having 100+ leads in their email list and no sales for months – violation.
· No tech skills required
o Unsubstantiated or false earnings claims in ads and testimonials…
§ This is atypical for MANY in the program. The tech was simple for me, but I am tech savvy. There were some bumps but because I knew the tech, I could quickly resolve on my own. The community is FLOODED with people who could not get past the tech for MONTHS and a backlog of support tickets for months. Violation!
· No DMs – TRUE! I did this with no DMs, BUT some choose to DM people. You don’t have to though.
· Automated business
o Kind of true. Once everything is set up, the website and emails are automated, but there are still a lot of manual components. But I do think the program does a good job of disclosing those aspects BUT people can get caught up in the “automated” piece and ignore the disclosed manual stuff.
· Passive income – TRUE! When people buy, you don’t have to be around or be touching the business. You can be sleep.
· I made $1800 in my sleep
o This is TRUE. HOWEVER, the FTC does STILL frown against using your OWN testimonials! If not said in a way that discloses why YOU were able to do this and why OTHERS may NOT see these results, it still can be a violation. We are not taught this and in fact, taught to use the “Wins” that community members post and the “Testimonial videos” by people we never met in our advertising. THIS is in violation as we have not substantiated ANY of this. We don’ t know if these people’s results are actually real. THAT is in violation.
· Done for you products
o This is TRUE. HOWEVER – you must know that YOU actually cannot PUT this product in your customer’s hand. The “$29 website fee” is actually a fee that’s necessary to get access to EVERYTHING, not just the website. If a customer pays you $900 and misses paying the $29 website fee that goes to the owner of this business – Michele Oneil – the customer gets access to NOTHING! It’s misleading.
· FOUR done for you products
o See the point above.
· Supportive Community
o The people who also purchased are supportive of one another and honestly wanting people to succeed. However, I’ve seen MANY people talk about their struggles and often the staff either don’t answer them at all or dismiss them as doing something wrong (e.g. didn’t watch the training, or wrong mindset, or haven’t waited long enough, or false expectations) – it’s heartbreaking to see people who have invested their hard earned money be dismissed like this.
· Comprehensive training
o The training is actually worth thousands of dollars IF you take that training with the goal of using what you learn to sell your OWN digital products. You WILL have to learn the FTC rules on how to market the RIGHT way, but I have learned a LOT about the Tik Tok algorithm and how to get monetized and funnels and email marketing and more. It’s worth it for the education for SURE, I just wouldn’t recommend selling these “done for you” products to anyone given the advertising techniques.
· You can do it faceless
o This is possible, but it’s the “long game” and the more and more people who buy (currently over 30k people) the harder it is to sell. Faceless makes it harder. This isn’t disclosed before purchasing.
· …and more
One violation this hits on that I didn’t call out is:
✅ Grossly inflating bonus package values…
This program is in violation and unfortunately, even if you decide to make sure YOUR advertising practices don’t do ANY of the above, this one you can’t change. Part of the terms and conditions of the Master Resale Rights of this program is that you can’t change anything on the sales page. Well the sales page has this:
There are 8 bonuses total – all of which have some kind of “high” or “priceless” value in parentheses. This is in violation if we can’t show that we PREVIOUSLY sold these very things for these amounts. My guess? The Blueprint wasn’t sold for $1M. Since you can’t change the sales page, you’re making a claim you can’t substantiate and in violation of this:
✅ Grossly inflating bonus package values…
So… since yesterday (7/30/24) I found all this out, I can’t UNKNOW IT! Given my viral video on Tik Tok has generated HUNDREDS of leads – as of this moment of writing this, I have 347 people on my email list (which is GOLD for this program – many have been in for MONTHS with ZERO people on their list, despite every effort). I have EVERY reason to continue financially. But my integrity won’t let me, so I’m shutting it DOWN! I’m NOT recommending this business to ANYONE… the ONLY way I will say “ok” is for the education – not selling these “products” but learning how to do your own.
I am disclosing to everyone who purchased from me (all 6 people) and will work with THEM on works FOR them in trying to resolve this and make sure they get the MOST out of this experience.
But for others… I encourage you NOT to buy. You won’t be able to buy from me, but there are 30k PLUS people who I’m sure are willing to sell it to you. If you still want to after all this, that is your decision to make. Just Google “Legacy Builders Program” and I’m SURE you’ll be able to find someone to purchase from.
As for my Tik Tok channel – I’m going to respond to every comment ever asking them to visit this page again for an update. The link to this page now has THIS, so I feel good about that. I also will ultimately post a video about this I’m sure on that channel and then repurpose the channel for digital marketing efforts that ARE in compliance with the FTC.
As for my YouTube channel – most of my videos about this are “unlisted” anyway, but I’m going to make them “private” now – just in case people on my email list revisit the link. Closing all doors from ME to this.
As for my email list, I’ll be sending this same message out to them and discontinuing other emails about this program.
As for the site, it will say this. Both on the landing page and the purchase page. No opportunity to buy from me! 😊
As for others in the program? If I go in the community and say this, they will put me out. So I’ll continue to reach out personally to people I know just advising them to check out this message.
I will CONTINUE to seek ways to make money online and leave a Biblical legacy for my children’s children, but this is NOT the way.
Blessings,
Dr. A
